Key Concepts
God created us through love. We are sustained by the love of God.
God is a personal God, never ceasing to draw us closer to Him.
The fullness of life is found in acknowledging God’s love and responding to it.
Key Terms
Free Will: The power of the will to determine itself and to act of itself, without compulsion from within or coercion from without.
Fullness of Life: In order to reach the perfection of charity, the faithful should use the strength dealt out to them by Christ's gift, so, doing the will of the Father in everything, they may wholeheartedly devote themselves to the glory of God and to the service of their neighbor.
Identity: Quality of sameness. Absolute identity is total sameness, without any change or difference; relative identity is all other sameness, which allows for numerous differences in nature and degree.

Take a few deep breaths and call to mind the presence of God. Begin with the Sign of the Cross. Think about your day and what you are grateful for. Thank God for those people, places, things, events. Spend some time in silence. Close with this prayer:
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created. And you shall renew the face of the Earth. O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations, through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
